Happy WEEKEND. How are you guys??? I, for one, am sore. V SORE. After a sculpting workout class whooped my behind GOOD. Also V STOKED, cos I discovered yesterday that besides Bath & Body Works having 2 for $24 candles, they’ve got bath bombs. If ya need me, I’ll be in the tub. 😉
Since it’s Sunday, y’all are in luck. A brand spankin’ new CURation comes out tonight – and it’s gonna be LIT. I missed the last two weeks cos #Easter and #Life, so I owe it to ya to bring the A game. If you’re new around these rosy parts, the CURation is a weekly Sunday night curation of good stuff, from personalized inspiration to funny videos, from pinnable quotes to shoppable pics. And, of course, a quick post recap from the week prior from anything you might’ve missed on CUR. SO, get in on the action, wouldja?

My April Playlist:
Grey + white dress – Y’all, this might be my favorite dress this season. First off, the grey + white check is so light and airy for springtime. The doubled collar is preppy and fun. AND THE POCKETS. Any dress with pockets is an automatic “add to cart” in my book. 😉 I am *so* impressed with how well-made this dress is, too. As soon as I picked it up, I knew it was a keeper. It’s lined, and it doesn’t wrinkle. A dress like this is a total must in any chica’s closet, I think. It’s an easy go-to for everything from class to work in the summer, brunch or a date. It’s flirty + fun + preppy + polished, so basically the best of every world. Can ya tell I lovelovelove?? I sized up to a medium so that it was where I wanted length-wise (since I have a longer torso and longer legs, stuff tends to ride up a *bit* shorter than I’d typically like). It’s $38, which I think is *so totally worth it* for this pretty lil’ number that I’ll be wearing all spring + summer long! Grab it here. Plus, the bosslady in charge of this boutique is the actual sweetest. Lindzi has such obvious pride in her work, from her Etsy shop to the new boutique online storefront to her sweet (pun intended) marshmallow biz. I’m all for supporting fellow girlbosses, so she’s mah girl! P.S. Make sure you’re following me on Instagram + have notifications turned on for new posts, cos Lindzi and I have something FUN up our sleeves for y’all coming soon… 😉
Organix (OGX) Argan Oil of Morocco Weightless Healing Dry Oil AND Body Oil – These are two of my all-time favorite products ever, but this month they’ve really taken the cake. If you’ve been around these rosy parts while, you might’ve heard me talk about my hair before – namely, how it’s really oily. I typically have an oilier scalp, but my ends get drier since I heat style and just have long hair that takes a beating from season to season. I reaaaaaally don’t like putting any sort of “oil” product on my hair, since it more often than not leaves me feeling greasy and stringy (ew) and in need of a wash prematurely. The weightless healing dry oil (actually, any/all dry oils from OGX) is a strand-saver for me. It’s literally weightless – it has zero added feel to it, so it doesn’t weight hair down, bless up – and just adds a slight bit of hydration + moisture on the body of your hair that takes the most heat. Plus, it smells amaaaaaazing. #perks. Since I loveloveloved the hair oil mist for what feels like forever, I gave the body oil mist a go, too – equally addicting. It’s light, as well, so I just spritz it all over right after a shower to lock in moisture, then I pat it in so that it’s fully absorbed. FYI it’s on sale for under $5 right now…!
CorePower Yoga – If y’all follow me on Snapchat (erica_lig) or Instastories, you’ve probably caught me *gushing* about CorePower once or twice before. I started going at the beginning of the month, and quickly fell in lovelovelove. I’ll likely be doing some content in the not-so-far-off future about my workout routines, health + wellness journey, and all that jazz (what specific types of post would you like to see on that subject???), but for now I can say that CorePower has been a yuuuuuuge part in me re-prioritizing my fitness and overall health. So far I’ve done C1, C2, and Yoga Sculpt classes; C1 is basically their introductory class, C2 is the next level up, and Yoga Sculpt incorporates weights and cardio along with the usual core and holistic practice in a C2 workout (all CorePower classes have focus on – you guessed it! – your core, so lots of ab work is involved which I lovelovelove).
Kneipp products – This entire company is basically a favorite this month, cos I can’t even narrow it down to just one product. I was first introduced to Kneipp from a PR event months ago. The company had literally *just* opened its first store in the USA; they’re originally from and headquartered in Germany. First off, Kneipp’s brand story is awesome. They were formed by a priest and naturopath named Sebastian Kneipp who essentially cured himself from a severe case of tuberculosis with his own developed hydrotherapies and the nature around him. Using only natural plant essences and pure ingredients, he created lines of formulas that are now sold as medicinal treatments still in Germany as a comprehensive bath + body line. I’m so totally hooked on Kneipp. I lovelovelove that everything is so pure; every product tells you exactly what essential oils and elements are inside, so you really feel like your shower/bath is taken to a whole new level of relaxation. It’s like borderline therapy since so many of the ingredients literally have healing properties! Some of my specific faves include the sugar scrubs (they’ve got essential oils in them, too, so it’s equal parts exfoliating AND hydrating) and the lavender body wash for showers before bed. If you ever find yo’self in the King of Prussia mall in Pennsylvania, make sure you hit up the storefront – the ladies inside are SO knowledgeable about the company + products and they’re the absolute sweetest!
Kate Spade “Everything’s Coming Up Roses” rose gold notebook – I mean…c’mon. I have a theory in my head that Kate Spade actually reads Coming Up Roses and just created that whole line off of it. HA. #InMyDreams 😉 When it comes to things I love, Kate Spade is at the top of every list always. Every girl needs her go-to notebook for to-do’s, thoughts, prayers, hopes, dreams, wishes, the works. Ya feel? This notebook was obviously a must-have on my desk the second I spotted it. It’s a beautiful rose gold, has rose gold foil inside, and pages are lined – which I need, cos otherwise my handwriting starts slanting quickly and it’s all downhill from there – ha. I lovelovelove that it has an elastic to wrap around it for safekeeping, plus it’s the perfect size to throw in your purse or work tote without being so small that you can barely fit all of those big dreams inside.
Have you tried any of the things I love before?
And/or seen any of the links/videos above? I’d lovelovelove to hear yo’ thoughts, plus hear what YOUR own favorites were this month. I’m always looking for fun new things to include in future roundups, so pleasepleaseplease leave any goodies you find for inspiration!
Hope your Sunday is coming up roses. Cheers to your best week yet.
