TGIF, peeps. Honestly, I woke up this morning with zero motivation to do anything. Ever have those days? My originally-scheduled blog post wasn’t flowing the way I wanted it to, I couldn’t get coffee soon enough, it’s Spring Fling at UPenn (ICYMI, here’s what I thought about four years at Penn), and I just solidly want/need a vacation. ISO: ten mimosas, a spa day, and seventeen kittens.

To send you off into a fabulous weekend, I’m mixing things up by sharing a whole slue of quotes from someone I’ve been loveloveloving lately: C.S. Lewis. Call me crazy, but I wasn’t nearly as familiar with this dude before – he has got such an incredible spiritual perspective, and, especially being a Christian, so many of his words just deeply resonate with and inspire me.

In the spirit of sharing constant inspiration and good things, I couldn’t not share them all with you, right? Right.

In this world where it’s so dang easy to get swept up into a sea of busy, we tend to forget to settle, slow down, and remember the One who put us here in the first place. Little reminders like this are right up my alley!
