What to Do & Where to Eat in Charleston

We stayed at The Inns - a property set of luxury vacation homes in the heart of Charleston. It was so cute, close to everything, and had parking.

On our first day, we grabbed a late lunch at The Darling Oyster Bar, which was fantastic! Afterward, we walked around King Street to get acquainted with the city.

On Day 2, we explored Historic Downtown Charleston. We went with the Old South Carriage Company. After lunch we visited the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, which is one of the oldest in the country and filled with history!

We ate at Millers All Day for brunch. Every single thing we got was out of this world! We had dinner at Poogan's Smokehouse, which was delish!

On Day 3 we toured the Downtown Market, which is one of Charleston’s landmarks, a big open-space marketplace in the center of town. After, we went to Rainbow Row, a literal row of rainbow-hued houses We finished with the The Old Exchange + Provost Dungeon Tour. I 100% recommend all of the historical tours + sights in a town as historically rich as Charleston, since it’s a really fab way to get to know the city more.

The next morning, before checking out and heading to the airport we went out for breakfast at Caviar and Banana's. Everything we got was fantastic!
