Ingredients: 1. 2 10.5 cans of Rotel 2. 16 ounce tub of cream cheese 3. 1 lb of ground sausage
Start by drizzling about a tablespoon of olive oil over a hot pan. Add your ground sausage and break it up in the pan, allowing one side to cook. When the sausage is brown, add the cream cheese + Rotel.
Using a nice big flat spoon, mix everything together so that the sausage is completely coated and the Rotel is dispersed evenly throughout the dip. Once completely coated, let bubble and simmer on low heat to thicken.
Serve the finished dip with pita chips or naan bread. Enjoy!
