SAAAAANTA CLAUS IS COMIN’ TO TOWN! Call me Santa’s Helper because I’m SO STOKED to announce all 70+ winners of my 12 Days Giveaways! (+ stay tuned for another treat at the end…!) I was blown away by how many of you had such amazing stories of personal connections to causes + charities that are doing such fabulous work, and it made it near impossible to choose! This happened last year, too, which just goes to show how incredible YOU all are in your dedication to doing + spreading good in our world. 🙂 I ended up praying over this one in particular because I really wanted to be able to help make a difference this season, and it led to not being able to choose just one winner.
Quick note on each of the charities:
Casey’s chosen charity was the Diabetes Foundation, which offers free educational + support programs in partnership with medical, health and wellness professionals to help equip diabetic individuals with the tools and knowledge they need for the best possible health and care. They also provide prevention and awareness programs aimed at reducing the widespread growth of diabetes, and all of this is FREE to the community they support thanks to generous donations to the foundation.
@Hotmessbigcity’s chosen charity was the Lucky Cat Rescue. They’re a foster-based cat rescue in Hudson County, NJ dedicated to helping homeless cats + kittens. She has three cats from this rescue; one was found in a hoarder house with 170 other cats. (Yes, 170). Lucky Cat went into the home to singlehandedly rescue all 170 cats to find healthier, happier homes for them – including hers!
Lindsey’s chosen charity is Dear NICU Mama – a non-profit that provides education, encouragement, and letters for the past and present NICU mama. They significantly helped Lindsey after she delivered her baby 11 weeks early right before the pandemic. And being a fellow NICU mama myself, I could not imagine going through what we experienced with Liv right before the pandemic hit.
