I received this shampoo/conditioner duo in PR months ago and pulled it out towards the end of summer for the coconutty vibe. They’re sulfate-free, which is a must for me – just felt like the bottles went quickly, probably because of the slightly awkward bottle shape.
I swear I’ve had this bottle in my bathroom since 2016. 😉 It has approximately zero staying power, but I would spritz it on before bed for a light scent. Anything brown sugary is a favorite of mine come fall!
This primer was surprisingly clutch at the end of summer – it kept my makeup in tact all day long. It’s formulated with black tourmaline, which actually helps create a protective barrier against environmental pollutants, stressors, etc. It’s also got black truffle inside to help mattify + diminish the look of wrinkles, pores, etc. My usual Colleen code, ERICA20, works on it for 20% off!
I’m SUCH A FAN of these OGX scrub washes – I’ve emptied some two or three of the coconut coffee one and tried this sea kelp one to mix it up. 😉 Equally fabulous! It’s got great exfoliation power without leaving behind grit, it’s hydrating, and it’s sulfate-free.
Bought this because of TikTok. Really liked it, but didn’t think it was AS worthy of the hype – not fly-off-the-shelf worthy. Would I buy/wear it again? Yes. I just still like this $5 mascara more!
This mascara was just meh for me. The wand is super small with a pretty stumpy brush, so it worked decently for undereye lashes but would not be worth buying for just that.
I loveloveLOVED this eyeliner pen – it gives you a liquid eyeliner look without the liquid eyeliner mess (or stress). It’s SO easy to use and you can get a decent wing with limited effort, so it’s my go-to for fast lining on the fly sans stress.
One of the best setting sprays of all time, in travel size!
This dry shampoo is pretty darn decent – it’s formulated to absorb oil and really cleanse without leaving behind white residue, which I think it does a fairly good job at. For my fellow brown-hair babes, we know it can be tricky to find the best dry shampoos for brunettes that don’t leave you looking like you’re going grey
I did not like this foam – it never felt like it really cleaned my hair and instead made it feel sticky and look greasy. No bueno – pass.
While I like the idea of glycolic body wash and was intrigued since I’m so into glycolic acid in my skincare routines, this stuff smells STRONG – and it’s a pretty overpowering powdery floral scent, which is one of my least favorite things. I wouldn’t repurchase for that reason alone since my shower time is a little luxury and I want my body wash to be uplifting, inspiring and delish.
A classic + favorite for years. I’ve been using Secret since the 6th grade!
A decent detangler – it took my FOREVER to get through this bottle. I just used as a detangler after shampoo days – and since I only wash once a week, that explains why it took so long to get through. Ha! There are more affordable detanglers out there that you can grab at Target that will do the job just as well, though.
This stuff is truly luxe – I lovelovelove it. I think I first tried it from a PR sample and immediately thought DANG – this brand knows how to do lippies. It feels thick and hydrating – a great overnight treatment. Deeeeeply moisturizing!
One of my favorite detoxing face masks. Always in my stash! It’s a clay-based mask that’s formulated to improve your skin’s texture, draw out any dirt or debris or excess oil, and just buff and smooth out your complexion overall. Get 15% off anytime with code COMINGUPROSES.
I’m not even sure if they make this stuff anymore, but I had it for years before finally using it up – so bad I know, I know. 😉 But the color was so pretty, I couldn’t bear to throw it away before it was fully gone!
