5 Shoes Worth Snagging from the NSALE…

This year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is *almost* done – but until then, there are a few more days left to shop. One of my personal favorite purchases every year are a few new kicks for my closet, since the sale’s shoe selection is typically pretty good. This year was no different, so today I’m sharing five shoes worth snagging from the NSALE now. While I went in-store to try on a bunch, these are the pairs I think are *most* worth it based on how a.) the discount and b.) the frequency with which I’ll be wearing ’em.

1.) Converse High tops

These platform Converse were my biggest pleasant surprise of this year’s sale. They truly feel like walking on a cloud – so much so that I keep accidantally calling them the “Converse Cloud” shoes. Hey Converse, maybe re-brand them, mkay? 😉 That really says something, because usually Converse are -flat- shoes with null arch support…generally, not the most comfortable in my closet for walking. But THESE are clutch. Maybe it’s the bit of a platform bottom, or maybe they got the memo to add some cushioning, but they’re SO comfy. Not to mention, they make me feel about 10x cooler than I actually am. 😉 I’ve been styling them with cutoff shorts or little dresses, and they’re just great for casually running around! I sized down 1/2.

2.) Marc Fisher booties

I was honestly SHOCKED when I saw these in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, namely because this is *such* a popular Marc Fisher boot style! This similar pair sells out nearly every year, so to see them here AND on sale for $100 off…I jumped to add to cart. They look just as great with denim as they do with Spanx leather leggings and are crazy comfortable. This is the color “New Cloud/Natural Suede.” Runs TTS.

3.) White Nikes

Going into the sale, I had a pair of white sneakers on my wishlist. When I saw these, they perfectly fit the vision in my head, so I was stoked! And when I tried them on…waaaaay more comfortable than these adidas also on sale that were also on my wishlist. So it was a no brainer add to cart! I’ve worn them for multiple workouts since and they’re great. Runs TTS.

4.) Dr. Scholl’s All-In Cozy Faux Shearling Sneaker

So the All-Ins are my “Disney shoes”…shoes that are comfortable enough to wear for literally 30,000+ steps and 10+ hour days walking the Happiest Place on Earth, Disney World. Really, Dr. Scholl’s are the *only* shoes I would trust at Disney. They’ve never failed me yet. So supportive, no blisters or rubbing or pain…they’re the best. I have these and these but figured a shearling-lined pair would be a great option for cooler months – these are the color “Silver Sage!” Runs TTS.

5.) Dr. Scholl’s Mellow Faux Fur Lined Mule Sneaker

I figured these would be a great option for pre-school pickup or quicker errands in cooler weather to just slip on and go. The laces are actually elastic, so it stretches with your foot for a comfortable fit. They come in four colors – these are “Sand Dollar.” Runs TTS.

Are you snagging any of the above shoes from the Nordstrom Sale?

Which pair is your favorite? They’ve all got my stamp of approval!
