I near hyper-ventilated typing out that title because I cannot actually believe it. But folks, here we are. It’s happening. WE’VE GOT MERCH! I am so stoked to finally share something that’s been happening behind-the-scenes for months and months at this point: the THRIVING Collection.
The THRIVING Collection is a collection of comfy clothes and everyday essentials to help you, well, thrive. Of course, it was inspired by the THRIVE Podcast, and I hope that you lovelovelove every single piece as much as I do!
The idea of having some sortof custom product of ours was always beyond cool to me.
My goal was to have a highly CURated (get it? ;)), intentional collection of must-haves that just felt like us – the CURowd.
A few favorite things that we could ALL lovelovelove and wear every day (or thereabouts) to feel comfortable and confident.
There were a few musts for me in creating this collection.
- It had to be accessible. Each piece is as affordable as humanly possible given the costs of creating product, so my hope + prayer is that you’re able to get whatever your heart desires from it as a treat yo’self – because you deserve it!
- It had to be size inclusive. Katie can tell ya, we turned down pieces if they didn’t fit that bill, because my goal is for EVERY single CUR reader to find at least one thing that she loveloveloves and feels beautiful wearing! One piece is in S-2XL, one is S-3XL, and one is XS-XL – which I was only okay with since it had XS on the smaller end where the others didn’t.
- It had to be ME. Something that you would look like and think OF COURSE Erica made that! Something I – and we – would be so proud of and so obsessed with for basically ever. Ha!
Beyond that, the entire collection includes free shipping (although we unfortunately can’t do free shipping of the cup internationally right now, since it costs more than the product itself – hoping to find a solution ASAP for my international girls!).
I hand-designed 5/6 pieces, and the 6th piece is a collaboration with my friend Jennifer who is an absolute boss (and a THRIVE Podcast guest – hear her story on Episode 67!) – and it’s such an honor to be able to work with a small shop and support another creator!
A super special BONUS piece was added thanks to the OG for any fellow thriving littles in the house. 😉
SO – let’s dive piece-by-piece into the THRIVING Collection!
1.) THE CUP!
This was the first of the line to debut, and I just about peed my pants trying to keep this secret for the past few months. But, you guys – we now have a limited edition, exclusive CURowd cup from my favorite (and the best) cup brand of all time.
If you’ve been around here for more than a hot second, you’ve no doubt heard me sing its praises from the rooftops – but now, we’ve got a completely custom option JUST FOR US (!!!!!).
If you’re new, let me clue ya in – the cup is the bomb. It comes with two interchangeable lids for both hot or cold beverages; it keeps ice frozen for, no joke, 24+ hours (don’t believe me? See my Instagram Story Highlight documenting the day with it – it beat J’s Yeti!) and hot drinks at whatever hot temperature it goes into the cup at – so be careful!
It doesn’t sweat. It doesn’t leak. It’s truly perfect – we have 5 of these bad boys in various sizes in the Gwynn house at this point.
A unisex option for anyone + everyone to lovelovelove, and a great giftable idea if you, like me, are always Christmas shopping like a crazy person. 😉
PLUS, the logo is metal engraved onto it, so it will not wash off or wear down over time. Bless up.
2.) THE SWEATSHIRT
Something I’ve done for literally as long as I can remember is change into “comfy clothes” the second I’m home from work, school, etc. J does the same, so it’s like a ritual in our house at this point to all transition for the remainder of the day once he’s home from work, too.
More often than not, I’m reaching for sweats – and I think we can all agree it’s high time to retire your old sweatpants from college or your boyfriend’s old t-shirt. 😉
This is the Collection’s most size-inclusive offering, coming in sizes S-3XL (yay!).
The “thriving” text is embroidered on for a really chic look – something different than your average screen-print!
3.) THE TEE
Because every girl needs a good basic white tee! And this one is gooood. The first thing that some girls noticed is that it’s NOT see-through – bless up. My mom, Allison, Katie – they all commented right away on that, which I lovelovelove! It’s more of a relaxed fit, but I’d still stay it runs TTS. And sizing runs from S-2XL!
Like the sweatshirt, “thriving” is embroidered on so that this feels like your new favorite white t-shirt instead of just another graphic tee in your closet.
JUST NOTE: It comes with a rectangular protective patch behind the embroidery that you’ll likely want to trim down. If you trim it so that it’s just outlining the cursive script, it looks AWESOME because it makes the thriving text pop! It’s absolutely A-OK and won’t hurt or damage the embroidery to trim it, so I’d recommend doing that when yours arrives.
4.) THE TANK
This tank wasn’t part of the original plan, but I was on a design kick and we wanted something fun for summer – so here we are! The THRIVING Tank is a heathered racerback style and the only screen-printed option; the THRIVE text matches The Cup!
While the tank doesn’t come in plus sizes (I’m sorry!!!), it does go down to XS on the opposite end of the sizing spectrum.
5.) THE HAT
I mean…”obsessed” doesn’t cut it. Thriving like The Sweatshirt and The Tee and fits any/every head! It’s got an adjustable back to get your perfect fit.
6.) THE NECKLACE
Hopefully by now, you are well aware of my passion for shopping small and supporting fellow entrepreneurs and small business owners. I first met Jennifer of Tough as a Mother through the podcast, so it’s only fitting that she play a part in the podcast merch line! She is such a dedicated mama, badass leader, and intentional creator, so it’s a true honor to partner with her on this piece for the Collection.
The THRIVE necklace is made with a 14K gold-filled chain, and the letters are .925 sterling silver with 18k gold! You can choose either a 16″ or 18″ chain, and also choose a gemstone to complete your necklace and really personalize it.

It started because I was on the hunt for a tee for the OG to wear to the merch launch party – so I designed this one with the same thriving logo as the sweatshirt, hat and tee.
Sent a shot of it to a girlfriend with a little, who immediately said “this better be part of the lineup…”
And here we are! A bonus Thriving Toddler Tee for the littles living their best lives. 😉
