10 Healthy Fall Starbucks Drinks

Happy FALL, Y’ALL! While we’re in this in-between period on Starbucks menu, where cozy cups are raging right before the glory of the Chesnut Praline latte and the good ol’ Caramel Brulee take hold, it seems like everyone and their mother is furiously Googling for alternatives to the PSL – which maybe got old by mid-September. Last year I shared five favorite Starbucks fall drinks that are NOT a pumpkin spiced latte đŸ˜‰ and today we’re focusing specifically on some “healthier” options if you want fall in a cup without extra or unnecessary calories. Enter, ten healthy fall Starbucks drinks that still offer a yummy, cozy flavor.

Each healthy Starbucks fall drink is listed below with an approximation of calories (they can be a few more or less depending on how exactly you customize your order, and I personally do NOT count calories EVER). Below the name is exactly what to ask your barista for – feel free to just read right down the bullet points, since I tried to order them “correctly!” Another great resource I recommend following along with for fun Starbucks drinks/variations is @themacrobarista on Instagram – he’s got GREAT concoctions + recommendations always! ENJOY.

 

  • Pumpkin Foam Cold Brew (around 100 calories)
    • Grande cold brew
    • 1 pump sugar-free vanilla
    • 1 pump pumpkin
 
  • Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew (around 100 calories)
    • 1 pump caramel
    • 2 pumps sugar free vanilla
    • 1 pump pumpkin
    • Splash of cream

For a “heavier” treat, my girlfriend Bailey swears this concoction is heaven in a cup (I haven’t gotten to try it yet myself but plan on it ASAP!):

  • Grande salted caramel cream cold brew
  • Extra caramel drizzle
  • Extra ice
  • No caramel syrup
  • Venti cup
  • 1 pump pumpkin
  • 2 pumps white chocolate mocha

  • Salted Caramel Mocha (1oo calories)
    • Grande Cafe Misto
    • 1 pump toffee nut
    • 1 pump mocha
    • Optional: Substitute almond milk

 

  • Iced PSL (90 calories)
    • Grande iced coffee
    • No classic syrup
    • 1 pump pumpkin
    • 2 pumps sugar free vanilla
    • Extra pumpkin spice topping
    • Light cream

 

  • Pumpkin Cinnamon Iced coffee (90 calories)
    • Grante unsweetened iced coffee
    • 1 pump pumpkin
    • 3 pumps sugar free Cinnamon Dolce
    • Splash of cream (or fave milk)

  • Skinny vanilla latte (100 calories)
    • Substitute almond milk
    • 1 pump sugar free vanilla
    • Optional: Add 1 pump sugar free cinnamon dolce for a fall twist

 

  • Dirty Chai latte with Pumpkin cream (around 200 calories)
    • Chai tea latte
    • One shot of espresso (that’s what makes it “dirty!”)
    • Half pumps of Chai
    • Light Pumpkin cream

 

  • S’mores Cold brew (around 75 calories)
    • Grande cold foam cold brew
    • Sugar-free Vanilla
    • 1 pump Marshmallow
    • 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla
    • *Light* mocha drizzle

  • Medicine ball (around 100 calories)
    • Jade Citrus Mint green tea
    • Peach Tranquility herbal tea (optional: If your Starbucks has Youthberry tea in stock, swap out peach for the berry for a yummy twist!)
    • Hot water
    • Ask for *light* steamed lemonade
    • Honey drizzle
