I packed a lunch every day in high school, too, and that lunch box? Also Vera Bradley.

Come graduation, my parents bought me a beautiful Vera Bradley backpack for college. It literally lasted me ALL FOUR YEARS of school, and I think gave out on, ironically, the very last day of classes. I wore it to death and filled it with too many books and my laptop and more, but it was always the most trustworthy, sturdy thing that was still pretty + feminine. AND I’ve got a few purses and bags for everyday wear, including the mini Carson shoulder bag that I got last year, and this festive cherry red bag that I break out every single holiday season. Safe to say – I’m obsessed with Vera Bradley.

And the best part: they grow up with me. I never had a moment of feeling like I outgrew the brand; if anything, they just keep getting better + better and evolving stylistlically so that there are still classic styles that work for the girls in high school or college now, like I was, but also styles for the working woman or the mom on-the-go or the mother-in-law who already has everything.

I gifted my mom an iconic Vera tote last year which she loveloveloves, and I distinctly remember when my aunt was the very first person to ever introduce me to the brand probably a decade ago. They’re functional + practical while still being pretty and in-style, and they’re always playing around with the latest bag style, shape, or material (like denim, nylon, etc!) to create the perfect bag to fit your everyday life, which I lovelovelove.
